My holiday was wonderful!! It was SO nice to see all my beautiful family and friends!! The end of my California trip was pretty chill, it was just so nice to spend time with those you care for. Dad, Shelly & I flew back to Vancouver all together, we flew from LA airport and guess what??!! I didn't even need to leave the airport to star-spot! I saw/talked to(sort of) Martin Sheen (Charlie Sheen's Dad!) So cool! Very close to asking for a picture with him, but I thought if I were him that's the last thing I'd want, so I didn't, nearly though!!
Our Bowen Island visit was great! Such a beautiful spot and it was so wonderful to see and catch up with more of my lovely family! We enjoyed each other's company, went for a lovely walk along the coast, I will never get sick of the views of B.C.! One sunny day we all rented some kayaks and enjoyed a beautiful couple of hours on the sea, soaking in the views, getting some rays, rigged up together and enjoyed a beavy too :) It was a great visit and went by waaaay too quickly!!
I went straight from Bowen Island (after too many goodbyes :( which I wasn't ready to say) and caught the ferry to Nanaimo where Mum and Nana picked me up and we drove straight to Victoria. Spent 3 days there and visited 4 Bridal Shops. I found one!!! :D According to those who were there, it was 'Wow' :) I suppose that's the reaction I want ;) Can't wait to get it in 4-6 months!! And even more excited to walk down the isle to Dan in it next year!! :D :D
Our last day in Victoria was well spent at the stunning Butchart Gardens. If you're ever in Victoria, B.C. you need to go there. That's the first time I've been and it was absolutely beautiful, got lots of pictures :) Then Mum surprised us with a ferry ride from Victoria to Mill Bay (skipping a part of the long, hilly highway) which was wonderful. Thanks for the great surprise! :) Luckily it was a sunny day so we got to enjoy some more of the beautiful B.C. views :)
Thank you for such a great Bridal Shower to those of you who could make it!!! It was so much fun and so great to see you! We went to a nice restaurant and had lunch, played a game, ate, drank and enjoyed each others company. I'm so lucky to have such great people in my life!
My last week in the Valley was pretty chill, I pretty much crashed and burned because of being so busy the past few weeks. But it was nice to chill out too. So sad to leave :( And too many goodbyes in such a short period of time, took a tole on me, thank goodness for Skype!!
I want to say Thank You to everyone for making my holiday so wonderful!! Hopefully next time I can make the trip a bit longer and spend more time with each of you, never long enough though. Enjoy the piccies :) Just a few from the hundreds I took :)

I aagree. The holiday all went faaaar too quickly and, yes, next time it will definitely have to be longer. It was really lovely to be back on the island once again and being familiar with everything there. Was great to see Mum, Grant and Grandma again even though it wasn't long enough. Love all your pictures. I so enjoyed being with you and talking with you and laughing with you. Suffered the first week home with jet lag. Ugh! Doing ok now but have to have a pre-assesment for cataract in my left eye on the 9th of June followed by an op a couple of weeks later. Love you for ever, as always. Nanna oxoxox
